Porsche 959 'Dakar

Winner of the Paris-Dakar Rally in 1986

Three Porsches 959 were used in the Paris-Dakar Rally, with Jacky Ickx as the prime motivator.  in 1986 the 959 of René Metge en Dominic Lemoyne finished first and  the others ended second and 6th.

Lego Technic Version

I designed and constructed this Lego Porsche 959 myself. This MOC isn't based on anything existing in the Lego community. I first drew all views in Adobe illustrator and printed it out on scale 1:8. The i used the printout as un undelay for the right proportions.
